Do customers need to pay?

No. QSTAMP is free for customers. They register once and use the same personal QR at participating businesses.

Can one shop run different loyalty programs?

Yes. A shop can create separate cards for different products or services—for example Coffee Card and Breakfast Club—inside the same account.

Does every branch need a separate account?

No. The brand keeps one company account and adds each location under it. Staff, devices and transactions are still tracked by branch.

Can customers keep the QR in their phone wallet?

Yes. Their personal QR remains inside QSTAMP and can also be added to a supported mobile wallet for faster access.

Can rewards work across multiple branches?

Yes. The business chooses which branches participate in each loyalty program, so customers can earn and redeem at the selected locations.
